1) How long does it take to setup my account once I've paid?
Normally within 2 or 3 hours. Sometimes a little longer.
2) What does the control panel (CPanel) do?
The Control Panel allows you to easily add mail accounts, administer your databases, create password protected directories, create subdomains, check your site statistics, and too many more to name here.
3) Do you allow adult or download type sites?
Absolutely not.
4) What's the difference between your 'Standard' hosting and your 'Reseller' and 'Multi-Domain' accounts?
The Standard hosting plans allow you have only one domain per account. The Reseller / Multi-Domain account allows you to host unlimited domains under one large plan (a great way to start your own hosting business or if you have a lot of individual domains you want to host).
5) Do I get a full refund if I cancel my hosting within the first 30 days?
Yes!
6) Can you register a domain name for me?
Yes. We can register your domain name for you and save you the hassle. It's only $20 for this service and is good for 1 full year. When the year is nearly up you'll be contacted about renewing your domain name. Unlike other hosts who provide this service, we register the domain name in YOUR name, not our's. This way you are free to use the domain with any host you want.
7) Do you allow bulk email being sent even though it's an opt-in list (not SPAM)?
No.
8) How often do you do backups?
Backups are done daily. Your control panel also allows you to do backups yourself at any time.
9) What happens if I go over my bandwidth or diskspace limits?
You will be billed for the overage. Normally we don't charge you extra unless your overage is considerable.
10) Are there any added charges other than the monthly fee?
There are no hidden charges.
11) Can I update my site as often as I wish?
Yes!

1) Which folder do I upload my site to?
Upload to the public_html folder.
2) I just signed up. Why can't I view my web site?
If you haven't updated your domain's name servers (DNS) to use our name servers then you will need to do so. Once updated it takes 24-48 hours for these changes to propagate.
3) What is the path to Perl?
usr/bin/perl
4) What is the path to Sendmail?
usr/sbin/sendmail
5) How does email work for a domain name that is pointed to my main domain?
All email that is sent to your pointed domain will arrive in your main domain's default email account.
6) Can I run CGI scripts outside the CGI-Bin directory?
Yes!
7) Do you offer web mail?
Yes. The url is: your_domain.com/webmail/
8) What is a Cron Tab?
A Cron Job allows you to schedule and execute a PHP or CGI script at a given time. To create a Cron Job just log into your control panel, select Cron Job, enter the date/time to run the script and then the path to the script. An example of a path to a php script would be: 'php /home/username/pathtoscript/script.php' .
9) Is there any documentation on how to use all the features in cPanel?
Extensive CPanel documentation can be found in the control panel itself.
10) I can't seem to publish my site using Front Page?
This problem occurs when trying to publish to your site before your domain name has propagated. Either you will have to wait until propagation is complete are upload your site using an ftp client such as CuteFTP. This is a known issue using Front Page with name-based IPs.
 
Billing Questions and Answers
1) What forms of payment do you accept?
We prefer credit card, but will accept PayPal.
2) How does your billing work?
Your credit card is automatically billed the first of every month after you sign up (every 180 days if you chose the 6 month pre-pay option, every 365 days if you chose the 12 month pre-pay option. You will be sent an invoice notifying you each month that your credit card has been billed.
